Hi I’m Amber

The magnificent queen of the shelter

About Amber

This poor girl hasn’t had the best start at the shelter. Amber was found one morning INSIDE the shelter, covered in deep cuts and it looked highly likely that someone very strong had thrown her over the perimeter fencing.

She was obviously starving but Mr George and the volunteers cared for her so well with food supplements and medication to get her back to full health that she has made massive improvements and is ready to find her forever home.

Considering all Amber has been through she has a very sweet nature. We’re sure that a family experienced with big breed dogs will be able to bring out the best in her and transform her into the beautiful dog that she must have once been.

Amber has forged a special bond with Mr.George and is a very friendly character, fine with cats and with time and patience in a calm rural home without children we know she will thrive.

Amber is very strong and if she is spooked on the lead her flight mode will kick in so needs someone equally as strong to walk her safely.

She really is a very special girl and we hope she will find her forever home soon.

Amber’s information:
