Beautiful Bloom was recently abandoned outside the shelter. As with most of our dogs, we know nothing about her before that day. What we do know is that she is an incredible girl and we can’t imagine why anyone could even considering dumping her in this way.

Bloom weighs 16 kilos and is estimated to be 1 years old – so basically just a pup still. Although she is ‘heavy’, she’s not a big dog at all, just a stocky one. She has a wonderful character – a very friendly little girl who is social and outgoing with everyone – people, other dogs and even cats. We imagine Bloom could thrive in a family with kids who have been brought up to respect animals and give them space. She has a medium, verging on high activity level, but we think she could be okay with city life as long as her family loved to hike and adventure in the countryside too.

Bloom is just 1 year old and we don’t know if she’s ever lived inside a home. So her future family need to start everything as if she was a pup in terms of toilet training and other basic commands. But she’s an amazing little dog and we’re certain that her future family are super lucky!
