Clever Crystal was found some time ago in a very emaciated condition, seeking refuge in an animal lover’s garden. The woman felt so sorry for Crystal, so she contacted us to ask if we could take her, but fostered her until she recovered and really got her strength back.  Now Crystal is in full health and with us at the shelter.

Crystal has a lot of wonderful energy and has become a cheerful and fun-loving girl. She loves to play with the other dogs at the shelter and is friendly to everyone including dogs, people and cats. We don’t know if she ever met children, but with her high energy and bouncy character, we believe she shouldn’t live with small children as she’d easily knock them over in her joy.

Crystal is about 1 year old and weighs around 17 kilos, she has already been sterilized. We think she will thrive best in the countryside, preferably in a house with a fenced garden where she can release her energy. Be aware that this spirited lady will need a daily dose of both mental and physical stimulation, so her future home should be with an active family willing to stimulate her mentally and physically. But if you’re prepared to give her the support she needs, we are convinced that Crystal will be a loyal and fun family member.
