Dino is a fantastic, fun-loving boy that was recently dumped at the shelter. We found him outside one morning with Hugo. We don’t know if they were dumped by their family or if someone just picked them up from the street and thought they should be at the shelter. But either way, they seem to know each other.

When Dino first arrived, he was extremely stressed and terrified – to the point that he was snapping and growling at us. Sadly, we think this boy has never seen a softer side to humans before he met us. But goodness, what a transformation! Now he’s the happiest, goofiest and funny dog! He is not very old, maybe around 2 years, and he weighs circa 18 kilos. He’s extremely tall and thin – an interesting body shape!

Dino gets along well with the shelter’s other dogs but we have not seen him with the cats yet. Even though he’s such a social boy, we’re conscious that he has probably had a very difficult life until now, so we’re looking for a calm and rural home for him.
