Gorgeous Ismini is a beautiful young lady who was recently left at the shelter with her seven siblings and mom Leona. We don’t know anything about the little family prior to arriving at the shelter, but Leona is a fantastic mom and her puppies will be lucky if they grow up to be like her.

Ismini is a sweetheart and is a very playful little girl that enjoys tumbling with her siblings – and without doubt would love a doggy friend to play with in her future home. She is estimated to be circa 3 months old now, and will probably grow to be 20 kilos as an adult (no guarantees of course! She will make a wonderful addition to most families if she is trained and supported the way a puppy should be.

As with all puppies, Ismini’s future family needs to be ready for sleepless nights, pee and poo everywhere, scratched furniture, chewed shoes, long days of learning to be home alone and of course, training to walk on a lead. Right now, she is very well socialised with other dogs and cats, but more training will be needed to make sure she doesn’t develop bad habits and continues to be a happy and social dog. Her future family also needs to commit to sterilising her as soon as she reaches sexual maturity – we tolerate zero breeding with our dogs and don’t agree with them battling with unnecessary hormones throughout their lives if not sterilised.

Ismini is first available to leave the shelter for adoption at the beginning of July when she turns 16 weeks old, in accordance with EU law.
