The young Ivan the Great is looking for a new home, through no fault of his own. He is in the UK. He is around 3 years old with an estimated birthdate of June 10th 2020. An energetic and loving dog would be best suited in an active home with a large garden.

He enjoys long, daily walks in the countryside meadows and woods and requires a lead when on walks as his recall is not confirmed if distracted. He would benefit from an experienced owner who can give him clear, consistent commands and boundaries.

Ivan currently lives in a house with no other pets but is friendly towards other dogs when out on long daily walks. He is house-trained and does not jump on furniture and prefers to sleep on a large comfy dog bed. His vaccines are up-to-date, he is groomed regularly, takes monthly Nexgard, microchipped and neutered.

Ivan was rescued from a shelter in Lemnos and arrived in the UK when he was 4 months old. He has settled well into a family environment and has been in the same home since his arrival. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the family has made a tough decision to relocate internationally and live with family members until they get settled on the other side which will take time. They decided that Ivan deserves a more settled, stable and loving home rather than an international relocation with some uncertainty in living arrangements.
