This little guy arrived August 25 at the shelter in this horrible condition.

We don’t know if he once had an owner but we do know that his little soul is broken. His small body was full of ticks and he is so skinny that you could count his bones

He is very young, around 3-4 years old and we will do everything to make him feel better.
