Our wonderful senior lady who was thrown over the shelter fence by her owner. Luckily she wasn’t hurt, just naturally shaken up, but the shelter is no place for our Golden Oldies and we’d love to see her in a loving home of her own.Morticia is about 8 years old and weighs 20 kilos. She is gentle and kind and has an amazing character. Morticia was thrown, by her owner, over a high fence into the shelter in September 2025. Amazingly, she wasn’t injured and she is now safe.
Morticia is approximately 8 years old and weighs 20 kilos. She loves people and is totally fine with other dogs but isn’t so keen on puppies.
She is gentle and kind and the volunteers say she has an amazing character and is very sociable.
Morticia is looking for a calm home outside the city without cats. If there are children in the home they should be older.
We’d love to see Morticia leave the shelter and spend her golden years in a loving home.
