Lemnos Dog Shelter has a constant stream of dumped dogs. Hunting dogs, farm dogs, puppies and little cuties who’ve obviously been once loved house dogs.
While some of the dogs might find homes within 2 – 3 months many are destined to stay a year or more with some very unlucky dogs spending all their lives dreaming of finding a loving home. We call these dogs the Ghost Dogs – overlooked either because they’ve past the cute puppy stage or they’re big, black or old.
